Effective Date: 3/1/2026
Version: 1.0
1. Overview
SupraFI uses SMS messaging to deliver account notifications, authentication codes, service alerts, and other communications that support our digital banking and financial technology services. SMS messages are transmitted through our messaging provider, Infobip. All messaging programs comply with CTIA guidelines, carrier requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from SupraFI, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Opt‑In Requirements
To comply with CTIA’s Messaging Principles & Best Practices, SupraFI requires express, verifiable consent before sending any SMS messages. Users may opt in through one or more of the following approved methods:
- Online Web Form: Checking an SMS consent box during account creation or service enrollment.
- Digital Application Flow: Providing a mobile number and affirmatively selecting “I agree to receive SMS messages.”
- Two‑Factor Authentication Enrollment: Entering a mobile number and confirming via verification code.
- Transactional Consent: Opting in during a secure online transaction where SMS delivery is required (e.g., one‑time passcodes).
Consent is never obtained through pre‑checked boxes, implied consent, or bundled consent.
3. Required Opt‑In Disclosures
At the point of opt‑in, SupraFI clearly discloses:
- Program Description: “You agree to receive SMS messages from SupraFI related to account activity, authentication, service updates, and support.”

- Privacy Notice: “Your mobile number will be used only for SupraFI communications. See our Privacy Policy for details.”
These disclosures appear adjacent to the opt‑in mechanism and are not hidden behind links or secondary pages.
4. Message Origin and Identification
All SMS messages sent by SupraFI:
- Clearly identify SupraFI as the sender.
- Are delivered through Infobip as our messaging provider.
- Contain only content consistent with the user’s opt‑in.
- Do not include marketing content unless the user has separately opted in to marketing messages.
5. Opt‑Out Mechanism
Users may opt out at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SupraFI message
- Updating communication preferences in their online account
- Contacting SupraFI Support directly
Upon receiving a STOP request, SupraFI immediately ceases messaging to that number, except for a single confirmation message acknowledging the opt‑out.

8. Program Changes
If SupraFI materially changes the nature of the SMS program (e.g., adding marketing content), we will obtain new, explicit opt‑in consent before sending messages under the revised program.
